Some medications require a valid prescription. You agree to upload or present a genuine and valid prescription where necessary. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not comply with prescription requirements.

5. Ordering and Delivery

• Orders are subject to stock availability.
• We strive to fulfill and deliver orders promptly, but do not guarantee specific delivery times.
• Orders are processed during business hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM).

6. Delivery Zones

We deliver within designated areas including Maasai Lodge, Rongai, Kiserian, and surrounding locations.

7. Payments

We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery and mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa). All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Returns and Refunds

For safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that are incorrect or defective, reported within 24 hours of delivery. Prescription medications are non-returnable unless proven faulty.

You are responsible for providing truthful and legal information and for complying with applicable Pharmacy and health regulations.
